仅两药企宣布召回部分企业网站被黑

中央电视台报道13个药用空心胶囊产品铬超标的消息之后引发了社会各界的广泛关注。目前除了丹东市通远药业和通化颐生药业宣布召回被曝光批次的药品外，其余企业截至目前均无动作，连最起码的道歉也没有。而这一举动也激怒了黑客，修正药业、通化金马、青海省格拉丹东网站相继被黑。

仅两家企业宣布召回

央视报道发出后，记者尝试联系9家涉事药企。经过调查发现，目前有企业已经宣布召回问题胶囊。丹东市通远药业有限公司宣布召回被曝光批次的人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊，铬含量超标最严重的通化颐生药业股份有限公司也宣布召回被曝光批次的炎立消胶囊。

据报道，对央视关于铬超标胶囊的报道，修正药业方面回应称，其生产的胶囊完全合格，并将委托第三方进行检测。修正药业集团董事长修涞贵此前向记者表示，修正药业对“羚羊感冒胶囊”的留样进行了自检，并未发现铬超标。他同时表示，随后要将留样送至第三方机构进行检测。

而吉林省辉南天宇药业股份有限公司则于15日在其官网上发出一篇《关于我企业使用抗病毒胶囊壳重金属“铬”含量的说明》。“说明”中提到，“在2000版药典中，检验标准没有重金属铬的含量测定，只是规定重金属的含量标准为不超过5mg/kg。曝光的我企业抗病毒胶囊(产品批号：091102)，是2009年11月份生产的，正是执行2000版药典标准，所生产抗病毒胶囊(产品批号：091102)为合格产品。除上述4家企业外，截至发稿时其余涉事企业均未在任何位置做出任何回应。其中大多药企的 *** 始终处于无人接听状态。而唯一有人接听的吉林长春海外制药集团公司则对中新网财经频道记者表示该公司目前不接受任何采访。

由于这九家企业至今仍未道歉，激怒了不少黑客。15日晚，修正药业、通化金马药业及青海格拉丹东药业的官网陆续被黑，成为黑客发泄不满的对象。

据了解，修正药业的官网在遭遇之一次被黑后恢复正常。不过，很快又有网友发现，该官网又第二次被黑了。这次黑客的留言，直接调侃了修正那句经典的广告词，变成黑底红字：“胶囊，请选择修正药业！良心药，放心药！！中国人就知道坑自己！中国老百姓集体路过！”

同在当天被黑的，还有此次榜单中唯一的上市企业——通化金马药业的官网。据鞭牛士、比特网等IT业内网站提供的截图显示，其官方网站也至少被黑客们涂鸦了两次。许多黑客留言内容大同小异：“三鹿、蒙牛、地沟油，现在还要加个你们的烂鞋子感冒胶囊，有一天我会变成超人”。

青海格拉丹东药业的官网也未能幸免。自称“LANTIAN ”的黑客留言，以劝告口吻说 ，“要做良心药呀！！！坑谁别坑自己国家的人！！”，并注明这么做的原因，就是看了腾讯网转载的央视节目。

用劣质胶囊的不止9家？

“胶囊分为肠溶和胃溶的，什么时候在什么地方崩解，这些都是有要求的，不是随便做的，所以药用胶囊什么价位就是什么货，药企肯定心知肚明。”四川一家药企的市场部总监告诉羊城晚报记者，“说白了，企业就是想降低成本，用好的胶囊和用劣质胶囊，一盒药的成本就相差0.1元～0.2元，这0.2元对于药品，尤其是对于价格十分低廉的基本药物来说，利润是可观的。”

而对于企业的“2000版药典不要求检铬含量”的说法，上述人士也认为解释不通。中国医药包装协会在2007年就曾制定过明胶空心胶囊的协会标准(YBX-2000-2007)，上面就参照了标准《食品添加剂明胶》(GB6783-1994)的规定，明确表示：“为了限制使用劣质皮革制取的明胶生产胶囊特制定铬含量指标。指标规定为不得超过2mg/kg。”而且还列明了详细的检测 *** 。
